Georgetown Arts & Cultural Center | Tenth Anniversary Exhibition

Opening Reception: Saturday, June 20, 4-6 PM

G-Town Arts & Cultural Center is pleased to present Summer Love, a tenth anniversary exhibition bringing together 86 artists who have shaped the gallery's program since its founding in 2016. The exhibition opens June 20 with a public reception from 4 to 6 PM and remains on view through July 25, 2026.

Summer Love is exactly what it sounds like — a summer gathering, and ten years of love for the art, the artists, and the community that keeps showing up. The exhibition is less a retrospective than a taking stock: of what a decade of genuine commitment to artists actually produces, and where it points next. As the work evolves, we fold it into the conversation and bring it to you, our community.

The exhibition spans painting, sculpture, installation, photography, and works on paper. What organizes it is not medium but relationship — this gallery has always been a space for meaningful relationships and the stories that build around the vital arts. Georgetown sits at the corner of Redding, Wilton, Weston, and Ridgefield. People walk through the door and say: I didn't know I could find this here. That is the whole point. Eighty-six artists. One gallery. Ten years. We do a lot with a little, and we always have.
Ten years in. The next chapter starts here.
